This Product Schedule applies to Conexet Daily Organiser Export (the "Product") and forms part of the Customer's agreement with Conexet Pty Ltd. It is supplemental to, and must be read together with, the Conexet Master Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement (the "Master Terms"), the Subscription Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms used but not defined here have the meaning given in the Master Terms. If there is any inconsistency between this Product Schedule and the other Conexet documents, the order of precedence set out in the Master Terms applies.

1. Product Description

Conexet Daily Organiser Export is a Windows desktop application designed to automate the export of timetable and daily organiser data from Timetabling Solutions' (TTS) Daily Organiser ecosystem. The Product connects to the Customer's TTS API, retrieves the data needed for a daily timetable rollover, and assembles it into a TTS-compatible export bundle.

In normal operation, the Product:

•     connects to the Customer's TTS API or equivalent endpoint to retrieve timetable, staffing, and operational data;

•  assembles export bundles intended to be compatible with TTS, including .dof9 (daily organiser), .ptf9 (timetable development), TimetableDays.xml, V8.1 General Access .txt files, and a CSV export for reporting;

• schedules exports for automatic execution and runs unattended background tasks, including from the system tray while the application's main window is closed;

•   validates data structures against schemas intended to be compatible with TTS;

•    skips closure days and weekends where so configured by the Customer; and

•    stores export logs, task history, and configuration data locally on the Customer's device.

2. Categories of Customer Data Handled

For the purposes of the Privacy Policy and the Master Terms, the Customer Data processed through the Product may include the following categories of information drawn from the Customer's TTS environment:

•         teacher absences and casual relief teacher availabilities;

•         lesson cancellations, room changes, and period replacements;

•         yard duties and supervision allocations;

•         teacher load adjustments;

•         student attendance changes and class allocations;

•         calendar activities, bulletins, and notices; and

•         any other data exposed through the Customer's TTS API that the Customer configures the Product to retrieve.

This Customer Data may include personal information about staff (including casual relief teachers) and students. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all necessary consents, notices, and authorisations are in place for the Product to process this data.

3. Data Flows and Locality

In normal operation, the Product is designed to keep Customer Data within the Customer's environment:

•         Customer Data is retrieved directly from the Customer's TTS API to the device running the Product;

•         export files are written to storage locations on, or connected to, the Customer's device;

•         the Product does not, in normal operation, transmit Customer Data to Conexet's cloud infrastructure; and

•         communications between the Product and Conexet's cloud services are limited to licence validation, update delivery, configuration synchronisation, and limited diagnostic telemetry (such as version numbers, error codes, timestamps, and counts) as described in the Privacy Policy.

TTS API credentials configured into the Product are stored locally on the Customer's device using operating-system protected storage where available. The Customer is responsible for the secure handling of those credentials.

4. Supported Environment

Conexet's published supported environment for the Product means:

•         a supported version of Microsoft Windows for desktops or servers (as published in Conexet's documentation);

•         a current and supported version of TTS Daily Organiser, with the TTS API enabled and accessible to the Product;

•         a stable internet connection sufficient for licence validation, update delivery, and connection to the TTS API; and

•         appropriate user permissions on the device on which the Product runs (including, where scheduled tasks are used, the ability to run scheduled tasks under an account with the necessary network and storage permissions).

Conexet may, from time to time, change the supported environment by publishing updated documentation.

The Customer must use the Product in the supported environment,

Use of the Product on environments outside the supported environment is at the Customer's risk and will not be covered by support, unless agreed otherwise by the Supplier (in its absolute discretion).

5. Third-Party Services Relevant to this Product

The Product interoperates with the following Third-Party Services:

•         Timetabling Solutions (TTS) - the Customer's TTS Daily Organiser environment and the TTS API are the primary source of Customer Data processed by the Product. Conexet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TTS unless expressly stated in writing. References to TTS, .dof9, .ptf9, and related formats and schemas are made for compatibility and interoperability purposes only.

•         Microsoft (Windows and Azure) - the Product runs on Microsoft Windows. Conexet's cloud licensing, update, and validation services are hosted on Microsoft Azure.

The Customer's use of each Third-Party Service is governed by the relevant third party's terms. Conexet has no control over the availability, behaviour, or content of Third-Party Services. As noted in the Master Terms, changes to Third-Party Services may impair, disrupt, or prevent the operation of the Product. Conexet does not warrant continued compatibility with any specific TTS version, schema, or export format.

6. Compatibility and Verification

Conexet uses reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility of the Product's export bundles with current versions of TTS, including by reference to test environments and reference schools. However:

•     Conexet does not warrant that any export will be free from errors or that it will be accepted by any specific version or configuration of TTS;

•    Timetabling Solutions may release updates that change its expected formats, schemas, or behaviour, with or without notice to Conexet, which may temporarily or permanently affect Product compatibility; and

•    the Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of each export before applying it to any operational rollover.

7. Critical Operational Caveat - Daily Rollovers

The Product produces export files that may be used in time-sensitive operational rollovers, including the commencement of a school day. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

•    the Customer must verify each export's accuracy, completeness, and suitability before applying it operationally, including before any pre-school-day rollover;

•    the Customer must maintain independent backup, verification, monitoring, and contingency procedures for daily rollovers, and must not rely on the Product as the sole control protecting the integrity of any rollover;

•   scheduled exports may fail to execute if the host device is shut down, in sleep mode, disconnected from power or network, or otherwise unavailable at the scheduled time;

•   the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the device on which scheduled tasks are configured to run is properly maintained, powered, connected, and authenticated; and

•   Conexet is not liable for any operational disruption, missed export, or rollover failure caused or contributed to by the matters set out in this clause, except to the extent of any Non-Excludable Right.

8. Trial and Licence Scope

8.1 Trial

Conexet offers a fourteen (14) day free Trial of the Product for eligible organisations, on the terms set out in the Subscription Terms. The Trial is limited to one Trial per organisation unless Conexet agrees otherwise in writing.

8.2 Licence scope

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form:

•         a subscription to the Product licenses use within a single school or campus identified at the time of purchase;

•         where a Customer is a multi-academy trust, district, education department, or other body operating multiple schools or campuses, a separate subscription is required for each licensed school or campus, unless an enterprise or group licence is expressly agreed in writing;

•         Licence Keys must not be redistributed, shared, or used outside the licensed organisation; and

•         the Product must not be used to provide bureau, outsourced, or managed timetabling services to any third party without Conexet's prior written consent.

9. Product-Specific Support

Conexet provides standard support for the Product as described in the Subscription Terms. Product-specific notes:

•         support is generally limited to the current and immediately preceding minor versions of the Product;

•         support is generally limited to environments within the supported environment described in clause 4;

•         support does not extend to the Customer's TTS environment, the TTS API, or any other Third-Party Service, even where they integrate with the Product; and

•         Conexet may, in its discretion, assist the Customer with diagnostic investigation of TTS-side issues, but is under no obligation to do so.

10. Data Retention - Product-Specific

As noted in clause 3, Conexet generally does not hold Customer Data in its cloud infrastructure. Data held locally by the Product on the Customer's device (including export logs, task history, and configuration) is retained on the Customer's device until removed by the Customer. On termination or expiry of the subscription, the Customer is solely responsible for retrieving or removing this data.

Where the Customer voluntarily provides Customer Data to Conexet for support purposes, Conexet retains it only for so long as is reasonably necessary to resolve the support request, and in any event in accordance with the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy.  When providing Conexet with Customer Data, the Customer warrants that it has the necessary consents and authorisations to provide said data.

11. Discontinuance and End-of-Life

Conexet may, in its discretion and in accordance with the Subscription Terms, discontinue the Product, in whole or in part, including by ceasing to support compatibility with particular versions of TTS or particular file formats. Where Conexet decides to discontinue the Product or a material feature of it, Conexet will, where reasonably practicable:

•    provide affected Customers with at least ninety (90) days' prior written notice; and

•    for Customers within an active Subscription Period at the date of notice, refund the unused portion of pre-paid Fees for the affected subscription on a pro-rata basis.

12. Names, Marks, and References

"Timetabling Solutions", "TTS", "Daily Organiser", and any related names or marks belong to their respective owners and are used in this Product Schedule and the Product only to describe interoperability.
